Hi, I’m Matt Valente, a Content Development Producer at 100 Thieves and an MFA graduate in Film & Television Producing from Chapman University. I develop and produce creator-led entertainment, branded content, esports storytelling, and social-first video from concept through final delivery.

At 100 Thieves, I work across the full creative pipeline: ideation, treatments, pitch decks, scripting, pre-production, storyboarding, on-set producing, post-production feedback, and final delivery. My work spans creator announcements, branded partnerships, Youtube creator content, documentary-style pieces, live/event-based concepts, and new original formats built for digital audiences.

I’m especially interested in the intersection of entertainment, gaming, technology, and emerging AI production tools. Whether developing a branded series, building a visual treatment, producing a shoot, or shaping a story in post, I’m drawn to projects that combine strong creative instincts with practical execution.

My storytelling taste is rooted in cinematic, emotionally driven work from filmmakers like Christopher Nolan and George Lucas to films such as Interstellar, Star Wars, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, and Good Will Hunting. I’m always looking for ways to bring that same sense of scale, clarity, and emotional connection into modern digital content.
